Returns: Certain products may qualify for our 10 day return policy. Any return for a refund may be subject to a 15% - 25% restocking fee and original shipping charges. Customer pays return shipping charges and payment processing fees. Read our full return policy below.
Canceling an Order: If you need to cancel an order prior to shipping, you must contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped, we usually can approve the cancellation. You will receive a refund, less your original payment processing fees. Refunds may take 5-7 days to process.
TGrant Photo LLC Return Policies
General Policy
These are TGrant Photo LLC ("TGrant Photo LLC", "we" or "our")
Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you
directly from the TGrantPhoto.com website.
All product returns
require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain
an RMA number by contacting TGrantPhoto Customer Service through any of
the methods provided at contact us
Any
return for a refund may be subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee and
original shipping charges. Customer must pay return shipping charges.
Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
Any product not purchased from TGrant Photo LLC
Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not
limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise
unreadable serial number.
Any product that is returned without
all original packaging and accessories, including the manuals, cables,
and all other items originally included with the product.
Any product that exhibits physical damage.
Items shipped to another address after original delivery do not
qualify for return or refund. An item that has been re-shipped voids any
and all warranties.

products for which TGrant Photo LLC states "This item may be returned
for refund within 10 days only") must be returned to TGrant Photo LLC
within 10 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. "Return"
constitutes receipt of the product by TGrant Photo LLC, and not the mere
issuance of an RMA.
Consumable Item -- Refund Only Return Policy

is our Consumable Item Refund Only Return Policy. Items covered by this
policy (those products for which TGrant Photo LLC states "This item may
be returned for a refund within 10 days only") must be returned to
TGrant Photo LLC within 10 days of the invoice date for this policy to
apply. "Return" constitutes receipt of the product by TGrant Photo LLC,
and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
Consumable items are items
such as Printer Ink and Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD Media, Paper Products
etc. that are consumed once they are used. The following conditions are
not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise you have
returned to TGrant Photo LLC being returned to you:
Consumable items that have been opened
Consumable items lacking the original packaging

TGrant Photo LLC are covered by this policy (unless stated otherwise)
and must be returned to TGrant Photo LLC within 10 days of the invoice

Photo LLC will be not be responsible for the cost of return shipping;
please contact TGrant Photo LLC's customer service department to obtain
an RMA number and instructions regarding how to ship the product back to
TGrant Photo LLC.
This policy includes (but is not limited to); DVD players, VCRs, LaserDisc Players, video processors.
NOTE:
For all electronic equipment over $250, An adult (age 18 or older) is
required to sign the shipping courier's release form to complete
delivery. It is highly recommended that you inspect the product upon
delivery for visible damage. Large item shipments require that shipping
damage is reported within 48 HOURS of the product's delivery. Any damage
reported more than 48 HOURS after the product delivery will not be
accepted by TGrant Photo LLC. After delivery, please read all included
documentation regarding installation and use of the equipment. If you
need to return a product that was shipped via Large Item Delivery,
please contact TGrant Photo LLC's customer service department to obtain
instructions on how to return the product.
Any electronic
equipment that is returned under this policy must be in the condition
described in the TGrant Photo LLC original sales description &
photos, in its original packaging with all original accessories and
manuals. If the electronic equipment is missing the serial number or UPC
bar code, the return will NOT be accepted by TGrant Photo LLC. Any
electronic equipment returned under this policy that is found to be
damaged due to the customer's neglect, abuse or misuse will NOT be
accepted.

This is our DVD/CD/VHS/Laserdisc Music and Movies Return Policy. This
policy controls over any conflicting refund and replacement terms
described in our Policy & Agreement and Return Policy.

This is our AS-IS Return Policy. This policy controls over any

Agreement and Return Policy.
"DOA" (Dead-on-Arrival) Products
If a product arrives and is completely non-functional (DOA or
Dead-On-Arrival), contact us immediately. Most DOA products (excluding
software and consumables) can be returned for refund within ten (10)
days of invoice. DOA merchandise must be returned with all original
packaging and accessories for the return to be accepted. Full refunds
are given only in the case of non-functional products.
NO PRODUCT REPLACEMENTS WILL BE MADE.
Customer is responsible to pay shipping costs on all returned items.
