Ordering & Shipping FAQs

We only ship to the contiguous USA, (the lower 48 states). Orders from other countries will be canceled. We do not accept payments from banks or accounts outside the USA  Items shipped to another address after original delivery do not qualify for return or refund. An item that has been re-shipped voids any and all warranties.

After you place your order and payment is received, we begin processing your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, E-Check or AMEX through the secure server at PayPal. When you checkout, click on the PAYPAL-CHARGE CARD icon. You will be taken to the secure server at PayPal where you can use most charge cards to pay us. When we are notified that your payment has been received, your order will be prepared for shipment. 

Product orders - Unless otherwise noted, most products ship within 3-7 days after your order is placed. When your order ships you'll receive an email with the tracking number.

Minimum order charge - there is a minimum order charge of $15

Panasonic AG-1980 Repair orders - Contact Tom first, prior to ordering your repair.  A few hours after your repair order is placed, and payment is received, you'll receive a personal email with the "ship-to" address and special packing instructions. Please wait for this email before packaging your VCR.  After your VCR arrives at TGrant Photo, repairs take 4-6 weeks, depending on our workload. When your repaired unit ships back to you, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.

Shipping charges are based on the actual item weight + weight of the container + packing materials + size of the packaged item. Orders over $250 include signature delivery and insurance. To see your estimated shipping charges, add the product to your cart, then enter your state and zip code.

Packing: We pack very carefully. You can be sure that your purchase will be well cushioned and protected during it's journey. Our Panasonic AG1980s are packed in our specially constructed reinforced shipping boxes.

Items shipped to another address after original delivery do not qualify for return or refund. An item that has been re-shipped voids any and all warranties.

Orders over $250 require the signature of an adult (18+) when the package is delivered.

Your order ships via the carrier you selected during the checkout process. Items offering "free shipping" are only available for shipment to the lower 48 States.

Returns: Certain products may qualify for our 10 day return policy. Any return for a refund may be subject to a 15% - 25% restocking fee and original shipping charges. Customer pays return shipping charges and payment processing fees. Read our full return policy here

Canceling an Order: If you need to cancel an order prior to shipping, you must contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped, we usually can approve the cancellation. You will receive a refund, less your original payment processing fees. Refunds may take 5-7 days to process.

Do you sell VCRs elsewhere online?  No. You can only purchase TGrant Photo LLC  VCRs here, through our own website www.tgrantphoto.com  When you purchase a Panasonic AG1980 directly from TGrant Photo LLC you can rest assured that you're getting a completely refurbished, aligned and guaranteed VCR. Tom Grant personally rebuilds and aligns all Panasonic AG1980s VCRs.
